“Bend, Stretch and Breathe” is a combination of movements from Yoga, Aikido, Tai Chi, a little dance, some meditation, some music Anyone who can bend, stretch and breathe can do it.
If 96-year-old Miriam Bisbee can bend, stretch and breathe, so can you!
